The Hitchhiker's Guide
(to the Galaxy)

is a science fiction comedy series created by Douglas Adams that debuted as a radio comedy broadcast on BBC Radio. Since then it has been adapted to other formats, e.g. a series of five books - the "trilogy in five parts" - and a BBC TV show.

The graphics and animations for this show (representing the entries in the "real" Hitchhiker's Guide) have been created by Rod Lord. Some background info on how they were done can be found on Rod Lord's Hitchhiker's page.
