A frequently asked question: "Have the mugs to be hand washed?"

No, they haven't! The mugs are 100% dishwasher safe - the first ones are in use for about 2 years now - without any problems.

Note: This does not apply to the Thermo-Effect mug - due to it's different coating it has to be hand washed.
