1. Way of shipment
Items will be shipped by Deutsche Post AG / DHL.
2. Shipping rates
The shipping rates are calculated depending on number and weight of the ordered items - see table below.

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Germany may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). Mugstore is not responsible for handling these fees.
3. Delivery time
Usually, orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after reception of payment. If one of the ordered items isn't available within this time, you'll be notified by us immediately.

Policies
1. Canceling orders / Return policy
You may return new, unused items sold by us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. You have to pay the return shipping costs if the return is not a result of our error. Items that are used will receive a partial refund only.

2. Order contract
The order contract becomes effective with shipment of the ordered items. By entering your personal information and clicking the button Abschicken you place a binding order with Mugstore. Your order will be confirmed by e-mail. By handling and shipping your order we agree with your offer (to buy the selected items) and the contract is placed.
